Hi there! My name's Shahrzad, but I go by Shaz. I’ve just completed a BSc in Computer Games Design and Development at the University of Winchester and am excited to begin my career in the games industry.

I am also a Woman in Games Ambassador, and am incredibly passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion within the gaming space - both in the stories we tell and the teams that create them.

 

With over a decade of prior professional experience, retraining in games has allowed me to combine my existing skills with a genuine love for design and development. My technical focus has been in C# and Unity, alongside a growing interest in world building and game design principles. I've worked hard on my project management skills by leaning into Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and am especially interested in pursuing a career in game production.
